The presence of Covid-19 has had a significant impact on the hospitality industry, with placing a greater emphasis on cleanliness and disinfection measures in hotels. The safety of our guests, employees and partners, is and will be our priority.
We will introduce You to our hotel safety and cleaning standards.
In our daily work, we are performing several new activities. Guest rooms and public places are cleaned according to the guidelines, developed by the state authorities, with paying even more attention to the disinfection of the rooms and public spaces.

Taking care of our guests, employees and partners:
•    we perform a deepen cleaning and disinfection in guest rooms and public places, paying special attention to the most affected areas, such as handles, remote controls, elevator buttons;
•    we provide a certified disinfectants at the hotel reception and in other public places;
•    room keys are disinfected before they are issued;
•    we kindly ask to use one of the contactless payment methods and to leave the room key in specially provided container box for it;
•    breakfast for our guests is packed individually, with the option to receive it in room or at hotel reception or in restaurant;
•    we offer a contactless food and beverage room service;
•    we provide employees with personal protective equipment - face masks and gloves;
•    SPA area visit is only by prior appointment, as the number of visitors is limited;
•    tables in the restaurant are arranged according to the required distance.
